They sit you in a room with other people looking for the same position. The hiring manager walks the group around the facility and shows what a typical day looks like. Then the hiring manager interviews people one-on-one, based on who arrived first. DO NOT waste you time applying if you cant work JUST morning (3:30 AM - 8:30 AM), JUST day (11:00 AM - 4:00 PM), or JUST night (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM) shifts as this job does not have much of a flexible schedule.

no interview. come in for orientation and if you get into that youre hired, unless they hire too many then they select randomly from people there and tell the other to apply again.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
