Great communication; emailed me ahead of time re directions to location and what to expect, dead on. Then emailed a reminder the day before. Went to the site, no signs except for main entrance so I went there. Door was locked, apparently vacant. So I walked around the building. Obviously the business was open. A worker was helping load a truck. I asked where interviews were being held and she told me to look for a safety cone by a door around the building I hadn't been to. Be aware; everything is a test. How you respond is the answer to the test. Maybe 15 people showed up in this warehouse. We were instructed to sit at a table, then on the side of a cement ramp, while the speaker introduced himself and gave a rundown of job requirements. We were to listen to his presentation, then if still interested, call the HR person. Had to mention 'safety first' at some point, a test to see if we read the email.
