Entrevista
On-site interview; the recruiter was impersonal and unfriendly in terms of body language and clearly wasn't interested from the start. The 'interview' felt more like checking if you fit their vision. The recruiter had no technical background and barely asked any technical questions; you had to bring it up yourself. Without technical knowledge, they tend to focus on keyword matching. The worst and most unprofessional interview I have ever had. I hope they fix their procedure instead of wasting someone's time for this.

Typisch 'corporate' gesprek met jonge HR die slecht op de hoogte is van de werkvloer. Polst eerder of je van plan bent om braaf in de pas te lopen en een typische loopbaan ambieert.
