Pretty standard technicals and behaviorals, I think they focus more on behaviorals but it was only two interviews. Both of mine were with associates in different groups. One more behavioral focused, one more technical but both interviews had both types of questions.

I submitted my application online. I was asked to complete a numeracy assessment. Then, I completed digital interview. A couple weeks later I was invited to Superday that consisted of three interviews. I received the offer later that day.
Say you own a coffee shop in your hometown. You work 7 days a week at the coffee shop and only employ one other employ. Someone approaches you and wants to buy your coffee shop. How do you go about valuating the worth of your business?
