step 1 ot step 2 vi step 3 ac two 1-1 in person interview, first is competency interview, second is commercial interview. interviews are really talkative and it is a really interactive interview.
Absolutely a scam, just barely above MLM business model at best. Interview was done as a group with two other people, and they spent well over half of the 30 minute timeslot showing us a hype video speaking extremely vaguely about how great it is to work for the company. Barely asked any questions of me or the others, then when I asked what a typical day looked like in the role (as they provided me no such information beforehand or in the job posting), they talked vaguely about "making calls" before completely pivoting to gush about company culture. Got suspicious and looked them up after the interview, and it turns out their business model is just having untrained recent grads sell insurance on commission through cold calls. Absolute waste of my time, was offered a second interview and did not accept.
