Applied online,about one month later HR just asked me some basic behavioral questions and that's it (Why bank, why us bank... )Never get back from them... I think they just ghosted me
Very rude and said that there is no room for improvement and you come in and do your job. They also monitor everything you type or move with the mouse.

Met with recruiter then manager. Manager made multiple comments that there is no room for growth and you come in and do your job. Do have a program to track all keyboard clicks and mouse movement.
The interview process began with an initial HR screening to discuss background, experience, and job expectations. After that, there was a manager interview focusing on technical skills and team fit.
