For this role, there were 2 rounds of interviews, and both are them were 2 hours. One hour is dedicated towards a case, and the other hour is a fit interview (behavioral questions and "why Tyton?").
First round interview was average with the COO conducting the interview and was pretty moderate in difficulty. Questions centered around why Tyton, why consulting, and why this job now. Overall, vibes were good and the person I talked to was nice

The first round interview was a 30-minute phone-screen with HR. The second round interview consisted of a 30-minute behavioral interview with a member of the strategy consulting team, followed by a 30-minute case study with a senior member of the team.
