The interview took a total of 4 months with 6 different groups of people. I first had a phone interview with the recruiter. My second interview was a phone interview with a senior member of the team. Third interview was in person with my potential boss, but the recruiter told me I was meeting the HR manager, which threw me off. Fourth interview was in person at the Twitch office meeting with each of the team members which took a total of 3 hours. Fifth interview was another phone interview with the head of the department. Sixth interview wasn't an interview at all - the team just wanted a casual meetup at a coffee shop with me. Honestly, the process took way too long and I was exhausted with the indecisiveness culture. Each time I had a phone interview, I was hiding in an conference room at work. Each time they pulled me in for an interview, I had to fake a doctors appointment. Twitch needs to make up their mind and not drag on interviews forever.
