Interview started with the hiring manager. Afterwards, it was followed by an interactive computer simulation to test computer literacy. Then there was an offer of employment. Standard interview questions and building of rapport.

It was a straight to the point but at the same time not generic process. I felt like they were really trying to get a sense of who I was and what I could contribute rather than reading a script from the internet.
