That’s not the experience we aim to give in interviews, especially after someone has invested time in a task. We do use AI transcription to support interviewers so they can focus more on the conversation rather than note-taking, but we still expect full engagement and attention throughout the discussion. I’ll be picking this up internally to make sure consistency across interview stages is where it needs to be. On the feedback piece, we also aim to reference the task directly in decisions where possible, so I understand why that felt disconnected here.
