1st stage is a short call (30 min.) with a team member to discuss background, interests and ambitions. 2nd stage is a case study that will probably take you 3-4h hours to complete. Apparently 2 more stages after - one to assess cultural fit and a final interview - but I didn't go through them. They will ghost you if they don't want to move forward with you. They won't even bother to reject you even after you follow up, which just shows how little they care about applicants and their overall experience with their company.
