It took a long time to get an interview. The nurse recruiter in human resources is either unorganized or in need of an assistant. There is no follow up after the interview unless you call human resources or if they want to offer you a job immediately. It seems like your name could easily get lost in the shuffle.

Good Interview process. 1st step was with the manger and 2nd was with HR. I had good a experience.The interview process may also include a background check to verify the information the candidate has provided. Depending on the results of the background check, the candidate's application may continue or be withdrawn

It was fairly easy, had a phone call with recruiter then set up an interview. I interview for a new graduate residency program. The interview was with two managers from the ER. It was about 30 minutes
