I applied online and received an invitation to interview within 1 week. The interview was conducted via panel and lasted about 30 minutes. It was a great experience. The entire panel was warm, inviting, and authentic. I got a great vibe from all of them. Very diverse staff! I was notified within 2 days of their intent to move forward with my candidacy. I was told to expect a hiring decision within 3 weeks. As a plus, I got an update each week letting me know where they were in the process. As an applicant, I really appreciated this and it gave me an idea of what to expect from my future boss.
