The interview process was unusually long where I was made to meet with 5 different folks separately, then had to give a presentation with many folks in attendence who seemed to enjoy what they heard, then ghosted for a couple of months. I had to chase the HR recruiter who finally answered one of many emails sent to her to tell me "they decided to go a different direction". At least they responded and it wasn't an automated email. So, there is that.
