Easy, just answer basic questions. Everyone was really friendly. Phone interview lasted a few minutes. Simple, quick questions. First interview was with my manager and another unit manager. Got a call the same week for an interview in 2 days. Second interview with the head of HR and a really high manager. Received the good news a week after that.
