Entrevista
I applied online. I completed all assessments. The next step was to call a recruiter named Jeri in IL. They did't do any virtual interviews before hand. The recruiter seemed unhappy. I don't like my first impression of this company. Not a good hiring process at all.

The interview questions were behavioral. I felt confident about my answers. She didn't seem interested in me at all. I feel like she had her mind made up about me before I started my interview. At the end of the interview she asked me what questions I had for her. I asked several and she didn't answer any. She seemed very annoyed by me. I did ask what the next steps were and she said watch your email. I logged in and she immediately declined my application. I never received an email. I sent an email for follow up. I've never had this reaction from a company before. I'm happy I didn't get it if that's the type of people they hire to recruit.

Lengthy interview process with multiple rounds, but very kind and respectful interviewers. Be ready to discuss why you are interested in Travelers and what interests you about the insurance industry.
Initial phone interview followed up with an in person interview approximately one week later. Basic interview questions about previous roles and how those experiences can translate to this new position.

1st, 2nd and 3rd interview ALL STAR QUESTIONS. You would think they would switch it up. They were killing time at this point. Especially after waiting a month for a no offer or to hear anything back from a recruiter. I emailed the recruiter 3 times for a follow up with no response until pretty much I got the email for no offer then i got a phone call. Not an email lol! I guess they wanted to stick it to me. That was again a month after I put in the application. I think they were upset because I called them out on how unprofessional it was for the candidates to reach out with no answer. If one recruiter was unable to reach out there should have been a back up. You don't just leave your candidates hanging. I worked in claims before but after filling out other applications for the same job criteria, the unfortunately email came through much faster than the first one lol. Think I dodged a bullet. Good luck to everyone!
