I applied to this company two times and two times got an offer. The first time around I did not successfully meet all background requirements due to excessive debt on my part. I was eligible to re-apply after 6 months once I settled my debts. I did so and applied again.
The first step is to apply online when a position opens. I received an e-mail from a recruiter within two weeks on my first try, and within the week on my second go, so be patient, contact times may vary. This initial e-mail will be requesting to set up an over-the-phone screening interview. There will be plenty of behavioral type questions throughout the interview process, so I highly recommend brushing up on these beforehand, as well as practicing your responses out loud and keeping several scenarios from your experience in mind. Upon completion of the phone interview, an e-mail containing the details of your in-person interview is sent to your e-mail. The in-person interview is thorough and challenging. Not only will you get the usual questions about your background and why you're interested in working for the company but also plenty of the behavioral questions. The best advice I can give anyone is to be prepared.
On my first attempt, I got Jeri Boyd as my recruiter and I could not have had a more pleasant experience! Jeri is sweet and kind, and really took a personal interest in my success. She called frequently throughout the hiring process to check up on me, and always replied to my calls and emails within the same day, if not right away or within a couple of hours. She really went above and beyond! Even though she was not my assigned recruiter for my second attempt she took it upon herself to be available to answer all my questions(which were plenty) and even contacted me to tell me I had received an offer for the second time! She was familiar with how hard I was trying to get hired and shared in my moments of happiness. Now, just waiting for my first day of work I truly feel that I've made a new friend. Absolutely the best hiring experience I've ever had.
