Let me start by saying prior to this interview experience I was terrified of the job interview process in general. I would do whatever it took to avoid an interview at all costs because I feared them so much. However, the interview process for Trader Joe's was a positive experience for me I think because of the attitude and approach of the Manager/Mate that interviewed me.
