Two one-on-one interviews, if both interviewers like you, then you're hired. Sat down with first interviewer and talked about music, life, the industry, basically keeping a conversation. When they notice great interpersonal skills, along with the qualifications, then you are hired.

Entrevista
The interview consists of personality questions. How would you, tell me about a time when. Aside from work they focus on culture and overall want to ensure you'll be a good fit. I hear usually you interview with 2 supervisors, however I interview with 1, and was called back a week later with an offer.
