Interview was conducted via video using basic behaviorial interviewing questions. No feedback was given after the recorded responses were submitted, no opportunity to ask questions about the company, no transparency as to what topics and content on which you would be training, no interaction with training team to determines if the company/team would be a good fit from the perspective of the interviewee (equally as important as the interviewer determining a good fit).
