I was interviewed for a Product Management job. First off, the interviews are far too many for a company that you most probably have never heard of. They copied some of the ‘hardest to get-in’ companies’ interview process, but they neither got it right nor are in a position (from employees and company image POVs) to do it. As a result you end up with some cocky interviewers, who’re not even asking the right questions. I just don’t think it’s worth the effort. There are gazillions of well funded companies out there that are willing to get the best out of you with dignity, empathy and while being down to earth and knowing where they fit. I guess the latest negative reviews of the company existing and former employees are quite right.

Took a test, then tech interview then take home assignment that I discussed later and I passed. The process was clear and smooth and staff were professional. They will discuss recommended rate with you. And once done you need to prepare your profile, they will review and provide feedback then you will be granted access to the platform
