      I applied through LinkedIn and was promptly contacted by a recruiter who was genuinely pleasant and clearly explained the company and interview process. This created a positive first impression. The next round was a live coding round via HackerRank. I was well-prepared and excited, albeit a bit nervous. The problem given was relatively straightforward, and I began implementing my logic. However, the interviewer repeatedly interrupted me, even when I was in the middle of explaining or coding. Although I requested a moment to complete my thought and walk through the solution, I felt I wasn’t given the space to properly articulate my approach. While the problem was solved correctly — the code compiled successfully, passed all test cases, and included clear comments — the interviewer seemed fixated on hearing a specific term or explanation. Despite communicating the correct logic in my own words, I sensed growing impatience and rigidity. What was particularly disheartening was receiving a rejection without any constructive feedback. I would urge the team to revisit the interview recording to assess the candidate’s performance objectively. I had high hopes for this company based on its culture and values, but the interview experience did not reflect those. I hope the process becomes more supportive and feedback-driven.
