The process was quick, invited to a face to face interview after a brief call, from what I recollect. What I also recollect was expecting more eye contact at interview; more engagement; - the two employees seemed to be disinterested and it was really of putting - with an organisation like timewise I would have expected more support coming in as a Mother who has not been employed by an organisation for a period of time - I was struck by the lack of engagement and negative attitude of younger employees. Thoroughly put me off.
