I did a phone interview then a Skype interview the following week. The phone interview was with the person I would be working for directly. The second interview including an HR employee and the head of the department I would be working for.

It was really really good, i personally got a great chance to learn new things which i had not before, it was an awesome experience in my personal opinion. if you are lucky you should give it a go.

Entrevista
I first had an online, recorded interview, and then had a phone interview with an editor who later would directly supervise me. The online session consisted of three questions and I had 1:30 mins to answer each. The phone interview lasted about 30 mins and focused on specific skills that would allow me to perform well.
