I was asked how to handle situations where advertisers exceed their budget and how I understand advertisers' KPIs.And they also asked me about my understanding of the advertising industry, such as how to view the differences among Facebook, Google, and TikTok. I had a screening interview with the recruiter and then directly with the manager, which I personally didn’t like because I felt as he was making me a favour to be there
Hr called me, asked me a few questions, intro, why you leave your current company, are you actively looking for new opportunities etc. The interview progress is smooth, and pass me to hiring manager round very smoothly.
5 stages, very long process but they do it quickly if they want you. good compensation, very good benifits. the interviews are also not horrid, they ask reasonable questions. oh my god why does it need to be so long
