Very strange interview experience: 1. you get a case before the 1st interview 2. the first interview is very unstructured 3. the second interview is even more unstructured and very short Interviewers regularly don't show up or show up late - no respect what so ever. I worked at Google before and they keep asking for market insights, very dubious. I would not recommend to start working there. I brought up the Chinese government and the treatment of uyghurs and how TikTok plays into that. It felt like the Chinese interviewers didn't want to provide an honest answer - know what you get into when working for a Chinese company!
