A talent acquisition specialist reached out to me on LinkedIn, and an interview was scheduled within minutes. Honestly, it was so fast I almost thought it was a joke. I went through four rounds, one with a teammate, another with the line manager, another teammate and then HRBP (this was about setting expectations, salary, behavioral questions) the process lasted about two weeks - the interviews took a little over a week to complete and the offer was made soon after. Again, lightning fast. Good experience overall, however it did feel like interviewers weren’t necessarily communicating to each other about questions asked previously, so you tend to repeat a lot of answers - but interviewers were friendly, pleasant, polite and genuinely fun to talk to!
