I interviewed for two different roles. In both cases, the interviewer joined 8–9 minutes late, which was still within the stated policy (beyond 10 minutes would require notifying HR). The interviewers were friendly, but the overall impression felt somewhat rushed.
Key parts such as a proper self-introduction were missing, and there were instances where the interviewer switched to their native language. In addition, the interviews ended significantly earlier than scheduled — instead of the planned 30 minutes, they lasted only about 12–15 minutes.
There was no proactive follow-up communication. After a long waiting period, I only received a rejection after sending a follow-up email; otherwise, my application seemed to remain inactive.
I also had the impression that coordination on the HR side was not always very consistent, as there were occasional errors or unclear communication during the process.
Overall, the experience was not very positive.

The interview process was straightforward, The questions asked both pertained to past experiences as well as technical skills related to the role. The interviewer however seemed a bit impatient and wanted to get through the questions quickly
