Process began with a 30 minute phone interview in English. Upon successful completion of the first interview, I was scheduled to have another 30 minute phone interview 2 days later - this time in French. I heard back a few hours after the French phone interview and was scheduled for a 4-hour on-site interview in CT. When I arrived, I spent about 90 minutes taking aptitude & logic tests, a personality questionnaire, French grammar & translation test, and then had three one-on-one 45-minute interviews (1 in French, 2 in English) with members of the international department team. Ended the day with a quick tour of the building and an explanation of the benefits package.
