I was put through 5 rounds of interviews and then they decided to “pause” on the search…it just shows you how internally disorganized they are. Anyone interviewing for this company..don’t even waste your time. I was told I was the “#1 candidate” and then with no explanation, they pause their search? Clearly a leadership team that can’t seem to agree on anything. Couldn’t imagine working here day to day. Stems from the founders inability to make critical decisions.

The woman who interviewed me was nice enough, but toward the end of the interview, she told me that the company is trying to fill key stakeholder positions AND that the company doesn't actually hire at the top of their listed pay band, even when you have extensive experience. I'm currently reaching out to the NY Department of Labor because NY has pretty strict laws about salary listing and I think the company may have violated it by falsely posting a salary they have no intention of paying.
