The interview process both thorough and thoughtful, and was similar to interviews for management consulting firms. It included an on-campus interview (about an hour, with two separate interviews) followed by a day of back-to-back interviews in the TR offices, including behavioral questions and a written case. The interviews lasted between 30 and 60 minutes, and included current and former MAPs from mid-level positions to senior managers and VPs.
