Applied online, someone from the company reached out to me to visit their campus (no phone screening). The VP gave us a speech, then we did a round robin kind of thing just meeting with members from all of their different engineering teams who gave us a feel for the work they did. Then there was an interview with a manager of a team and a team member. They sort of just let me talk about all the projects I was working on, and then asked me a couple relatively basic questions as time was winding down. The whole thing was pretty relaxed. Then there was a tour of the massive building. I felt like the interview went incredibly well, they seemed very impressed with my experience, however no one has reached out to me in the 2 weeks since. I emailed the person who invited me to do the interview twice informing them I had offer deadlines elsewhere, but I never received a response. Seems a bit odd.

Technical was case based question and hiring manager asked typical behvaioual questions like strenghts, weaknesses, time worked in a team. However HR person told me beforehand interview would be leetcode style which it wasnt
