One of the best recruiting experiences I've had. Recruiter was so knowledgable about the role and took the time to make sure I was prepared for each meeting. Process moved along quickly. It did involve a project that I found to be more work than needed to gauge skillset for the role but was helpful for me to calibrate and understand what would be important to the team in this hire. Ultimately declined but the team was very thoughtful in the sell process.
