Extremely time consuming, almost 1 month for 2 interviews. The technical test (apparently a template) seemed to be really good, suggesting ideas, different approaches, even the possibility to discuss solutions. None of this happened, no one came forward and I'm not sure if they actually downloaded the test. Just a yes or no without even any feedback. Therefore, they do not follow the procedures suggested by themselves. Total disappointment.
