The process took a while. There was a phone interview. Then an in person interview with several people, which included a project/assignment. And then final interview with the CEO.
The assignment took a while to do but I liked the fact that it was a rigorous process and I got to understand better the culture and what the job would be like.

Tell me about yourself? What attracts you to this role? What would be your 90 day plan? Standard stuff and questions.
Pretty typical. A few interviews and a project that I thought was really interesting. A lot of non-profits don't ask for projects. I was put off at first but having gone through it, I'm a big supporter and think it probably is important to get the right fit
