Tedious and useless. I was called a number of times to the office on redundant pretexts even when all the formalities were completed and only the offer letter was left. This stopped only when I put my foot down and said I can't keep coming to just answer single questions that can be answered on the phone. Very unprofessional. Questions were more personal rather than work-related. There was a writing test.
