Two step interview. First with an Area Manager for that store, second with another area manager. First interview more to find about you, your current role and your managing style. For the second interview you had to do a SWOT analysis on the current store. Not sure why I had to do the second interview, where the decision has been made based on the 1st one answers. Apparently working in £1.5 million turnover store is not enough to sell reduced perfumes.
