Initial phone screen consisted of being asking questions I had already answered via online and simply writing them down word for word, being stopping every 30 seconds to ask me to repeat my answer. A completely disrespectful waste of time. Noticed the position had been open for several months, a major red flag I should have paid more attention to. Due to the satirical nature of the company I was not sure if the interview itself was a joke.
