This is a sales job dressed up in bells and whistles to trick people. They call you a brand ambassador, but you are simply one of those annoying sales people that come up to you in public. When a employee called for the initial phone interview, she mentioned a lot about 'energy' and that you represent the company, nothing specially about the job. This was the first 'interview'. The second 'interview' they asked basic questions to establish 'personality', the third and final 'interview' is basically them saying "this is a purely comission based job in which you recruit customers by stopping them on the street". They do not mention this in the first two rounds. The interview rounds are there just to make you feel special and like you've been chosen above others when in reality I'm sure they offered everyone that interviewed onto the next stage. I didn't even finish the interview, unless you're a pushy sales person, don't waste your time.
