Applied mid prior month, called second week of following month, asked to come in for 1:1 interview following day.
Initial, brief phone interview with HR Manager.
1:1 Interview w/ HR Manager
Like many companies, interview was behavioral based w/ company provided job interview guides. Unfortunately, the questions were read from the book, making it hard to make a connection or to even feel as though interviewer was interested in my responses. While waiting in reception area employees that passed by were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, interviews seemed to be running behind schedule so candidates passed one another on their way in and out...awkward feeling. Observed one candidate taht had finished interviewing being asked to take a seat and wait for a moment, being taken back into the office and the interviewer leaving the interview to return to waiting prior interviewee that was asked to wait...not a great impression.
LOVED that all members, HR Manager, OP's managers, etc. wore the orange apron! Presented a united team, leveled playing ground for all employees! Definitely enforces a TEAM effect.
The company itself seems extraordinary!

The interviewers were not very engaging, and the conversation lacked warmth and balance. The first 10–15 minutes were primarily spent highlighting how heavy the workload is and how many tasks the successful candidate would be expected to handle. While transparency about expectations is important, the way it was presented felt overly focused on the demands of the role rather than the support, team environment, or growth opportunities. As a result, the interview felt more intimidating than inviting, and the overall experience left a less positive impression.

Initial Interview is by phone, then you are directed to online quiz, if you advance in the process there is a on site interview. The phone interview was good though hard to gauge the interviewer through systematic questioning. The on-site interview was much better, It was in-depth, well organized and comfortable. The process made me feel more comfortable about become a part of this workforce. After meeting with the HR Staff I would greatly enjoy becoming part of their corporate team.

Not too bad. Had a phone screen with a recruiter, followed shortly by a phone interview with the HRM and RHRM. They flew me out to the location to meet the GM and interview again. The first time they picked someone else but then offered me a role in another facility.
