The initial communication with the company was good. The interview seemed organized and planned. There was only one interview maybe two depends on the position. My perception is that they don't always select the best candidate for the job, that means they have to pay you more . Many unqualified people have landed jobs only so they can underpay the person. Its not unusual for the qualified person to train the unqualified.
