I was at the asssesnment day. The environment was very friendly. By 9 o’clock we were almost 200 people there. I don’t want to lie to you…I felt a little intimidated about all of those gorgeous, almost model looking girls whose skills seemed to be so much better than mine.

The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
