Started with a phone interview that last about forty five to fifty minutes. It appears the person was following a script to do a basic screening. After that it was set up a 1:1 interview which took place in one of the company's property. The interview ended up being a video conference which made things a little uncomfortable in the beginning. The questions were very basic, any research for the topic on line would show similar or even the same question. The interview lasted about 40 min

I was recruited online and decided to interview for it. The first few steps were great with my recruiter, kudos to her! She was very informative and helpful through the process. I was already unsure about interviewing due to the properties in my town (the apartments are FAR from luxury. When I was searching for one myself I did not choose to live at the complex), but the interview with the director was a HUGE red flag. I knew the second that they did not like my response, and were done considering me. They completely checked out of the interview and began to rush it. As a hiring director myself I completely understand not clicking with someone but I find it completely unprofessional to treat someone that way. If “people matter” don’t treat them as a waste of time. Run from this company!
