First interview with the current store manager in area. Second interview with district and regional manager. They ask questions like "why do you want to be part of The Buckle?" and "How do you feel about a commission based environment?" By the end of the interview they give you a pretty good understanding if you have gotten the job or not. A lot of times though they don't have a position available right away and tell you they will get back to you when one is available.

My interview was very quick — I met a manager in the store and interviewed there. My educational background more than qualified me for the position and I was hired right away.

It was very direct, asked basic interview questions, however they were very casual and informal. They seemed to focus more on being able to make sales and work on commission rather than be able to focus on the customer and be able to understand and work with them.

Asked a lot of personal goal questions. Very thorough. They want to see if you are very charismatic and hungry to grow. Make sure to smile and be social. They won't hire you if you are a stick in the mud.
