I get emails from Buckle and one said they were hiring at a store near me. Since I just turned 18, I figured I would fill out an application online. Immediately after I got an email telling me to call and schedule an interview. One of the workers scheduled an interview for me a week later. She told me to not be late because the manager is very busy and can't stay long. So my interview was today and I got there 10 minutes early and one of the workers greeted me (there were only two workers that I could see). I told the worker that I was there for an interview and he told me he'd go get the manager. I walked around for about 5 minutes and looked around. The manager came out and apologized for keeping me waiting. We went out and about around the mall and went to sit at one of the benches. She asked me a lot of basic questions mostly about school, my free time, and why would I like to work at the buckle. I felt like I gave good answers . The interview lasted about 15 minutes and she told me she'd email me by Monday and let me know either way. So we'll see how it goes.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Entrevista
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
