Entrevista
I applied online and received the automated email saying to call to schedule an interview. The next day, before I could call them, they called me and scheduled an interview. I arrive about 5 minutes early, and another girl having her second interview was being interviewed, so I had to wait like 10-15 minutes. The interview took place in the area in front of the store, and was extremely casual. He asked me the normal questions like, 'Why do you want to work at Buckle?', but asked some weird ones that apparently he just made up, for example, 'So tell me what I should know about you.' He was friendly, but I could tell that the answer was no by the time the interview was over. He said to check my email in about 2 days, and sure enough, I had an automated rejection letter.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
