Took 5 days to get hired. Applied online, went in, interview was outside on a mall bench, interview was quick, manager was nice and genuinely interested in what I had to say rather than judgmental, not too many questions, no pressure at all, was hired the next day

It was very quick and it lasted about 15 minutes and it was average questions
I heard back from them after 1 week for the final interview and they asked me after 1 week

Easy interview. Felt more like a conversation than being grilled on my resume. The manager asked me about my interests in the industry and my thoughts on skincare. I was asked behavioral questions as well.

Friendly, chatty, bubbly. Many questions about customer service, products, sales, teamwork, information about the company, previous jobs, and many things like that. The next day I think I received an email from them with a job offer.
