Entrevista
Three stage interview process:
First stage is a conversation with a partner, reasonably standard exploration of your CV and discussion of the company.
Second stage involves preparing two (verbal) presentations on previous engagements. You get ten minutes to present and then have 30 minutes of questions on each from two partners.
Third stage is a case study exercise, where you are presented with a pile of information, and have 20-30 minutes to prepare for a simulated 'client' meeting, observed by a partner. You then have some time to assimilate the results of the meeting before presenting your approach to the engagement back to the partner, who will challenge on your assessment of the situation. Finally you have to write a written response back to the client detailing the approach.
I found the whole process engaging and challenging, particularly the third stage, where there is a real challenge in every step of the interview to get the activities complete in the time available. The investment in time from the partners in each interview process is great, and i had some really interesting discussions throughout the process. Decisions on each stage are very rapid, typically either the same day or the next day at the latest.
In addition to the third stage case study there is a psychometric test and critical thinking test to complete. These are apparently used as additional info to inform the offer decision, and are not a pass/fail

HR > Partner > Partner x2 Project Q&A > Case Study.
Standard consulting hiring stages.
More of a big project implementation / generalist delivery consulting firm. Great people, warm welcome but probably not one one for those that have strategy /design experience with teams under their remit

Overall I found the interview process very smooth and engaging. The recruitment team were very responsive provided expedient updates at every stage.
The end to end process consisted of 3 rounds of interviews.
Round 1 - A 1 hour competency based interview reviewing the highlights of your CV experience with a partner. Due to Covid restrictions this round was over Zoom.
Round 2 - A more in-depth review of 2 specific project you have been involved in with a Q&A after each project discussion. Interview took place with 2 partners and took ~2hours. Again due to Covid restrictions this round was over Zoom
Round 3 - Face to face case study interview with 1 partner and recruitment manager using an anonymised Berkeley project. Overall this round took ~3 hours
