I sent a resume and a brief e-mail to the HR manager. The manager reached out to me and we set up an interview. I came in and we spoke, I answered basic interview questions as well as typical music industry interview questions (what kind of music do you like, what shows have you been to lately, etc.). It was very relaxed, and the manager was a supper happy and kind person which was also really welcoming.
