The interview process was extremely fast, started with a 15 minute phone call with the hiring manager which ended with them promising to get back to me by the end of the day, they called for another interview which was another 15 minute meeting in a zoom call with a hiring manager the next day. After this interview another promise to hear back but heard nothing. The job itself was not at all like what the job description listed online, and frankly seems like a scam or 'bait and switch' tactic to get people to join their training program with the promise of a big salary at the end.
